Amazon account management means a team runs your Seller Central account for you: listings, inventory and FBA shipments, PPC ads, buyer messages, account health and weekly reporting. Agencies usually charge $400–$1,500 a month for one marketplace, or a lower fee plus a percentage of sales. A good agency is judged on profit per order and account health, not on how many tasks it ticks off.
What does an Amazon account manager do every week?
| Area | Typical weekly work |
|---|---|
| Listings | New products, keyword-rich titles and bullets, A+ content, fixing suppressed listings |
| Inventory & FBA | Restock planning, shipment creation, stranded and aged inventory, removal orders |
| Advertising | Sponsored Products, Brands and Display campaigns, bid and negative-keyword changes, ACoS and TACoS tracking |
| Customer service | Buyer messages within 24 hours, returns, review requests that follow Amazon’s rules |
| Account health | Policy warnings, IP complaints, appeals and plans of action |
| Reporting | Sales, ad spend, profit and stock in one weekly report |
Most sellers lose money in two places: PPC campaigns nobody watches, and listings that slowly lose ranking. Those two areas deserve most of the agency’s time.
How much does Amazon account management cost?
These are Xiiino’s monthly packages for marketplace & account management:
| Package | Price | Fits |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $399 / month | 1 marketplace, up to 10 new listings a month, daily orders and messages |
| Growth | $749 / month | Up to 2 marketplaces, PPC management, up to 30 listings or optimisations a month, weekly report |
| Pro | $1,199 / month | Up to 4 marketplaces (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, Walmart, Wayfair), unlimited listing work, weekly strategy call |
Amazon’s own fees are separate: the Professional seller plan, referral fees on each sale (most categories sit between about 8% and 15%), FBA fulfilment and storage fees, and your ad spend.
Flat fee or percentage of sales?
- Flat monthly fee — predictable and best for brands doing up to about $50,000 a month.
- Fee plus percentage (often 3–8% of sales) — common for larger brands; it aligns incentives but gets expensive as you grow.
- Percentage of ad spend — only for PPC-only agencies; watch for an incentive to spend more.
How do you spot a good Amazon agency?
- They ask for user permissions in Seller Central, never your main login.
- They report TACoS and profit, not just sales and ACoS.
- They have a written process for suppressed listings and policy warnings.
- They follow Amazon’s rules on reviews: no paid reviews and no incentives.
- You can leave on short notice. Xiiino plans need 30 days’ notice and nothing more.
Should you hire in-house or use an agency?
A skilled full-time Amazon manager in the US or UK costs far more than an agency package, and one person rarely covers listings, PPC, design and account health equally well. An agency makes sense until you are big enough to need a full team; many brands then keep the agency for PPC or for new marketplaces.
What happens in the first 30 days?
- Week 1: account and ads audit, user access, quick fixes to suppressed listings.
- Week 2: PPC restructure with clear campaign naming and negative keywords.
- Weeks 3–4: listing rewrites for top sellers, restock plan, first weekly report.

Frequently asked questions
Do you need my Amazon password?
No. We work through Seller Central user permissions, which you can remove at any time.
Can you manage Amazon US and UK together?
Yes. Each marketplace counts separately in our packages, and reporting is combined in one weekly report.
How soon will I see results?
Account fixes and PPC savings often show in 2–4 weeks. Ranking gains from listing work usually take 1–3 months.
